Error while perform a backup

Thread needs solution

Actually we update to 11.5 version of our products of acronis inlcude for recovery MS Exchange version but recently appear this message and we can not perform any task in this appear in our logs

if anyone can help will be appreciate.

PD: attach a file with our log.

Hi Erika,

first of all please check if the correct licenses are assigned to this machine. Please note, that when you use an upgrade license, you also need to assign a full license of a previous version.
