Bypassed Backup processes
Dear Sir
i am Mohammad Tayseer from International Relief and Development - IRD, am facing a big issue with acronis as it lately not backing up some client computers while they really connected to the network, our data is extremely important, no room for errors from Acronis. so please support

Sorry for the delay in replying your post
As I can see on the screenshots, many agents are grayed out. For the management server it means that the agent cannot be accessed.
Please check, if the service Acronis Managed Machine Service on the agents is started. Re-add the agents to AMS.
Also please check the user, under which MMS service on the agents is started.
What exactly was changed on these machines? Are the local backups successful? (Please check the logs on the agents directly.)
