Backup Name Variables?

Is there a way to have one scheduler but have the name of the backup change… For example:
“Backupname_” & %date% “_” & %time%
So that if I’m running a nightly backup it will show the day and time in the name of the file?

Backupname_@date@_@time@.tib should work.

See this post for more information. However, be aware that it may not work how you want for subsequent backups due to how TI names Incrementals and Differentials.
