Recovering "My Documents"

Thread needs solution

I don't think I've ever actually needed to recover a file since I first began using ATI a few years ago. I currently run a 64bit PC with Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) and need to recover some files in the 'my documents' folder. When I tried this with my ATI 2015 home version, I noticed that the corresponding icon was 'greyed out' (far lighter than the others) and no amount of clicking yielded the expected result. Why is that and what's the answer?

Have you tried just clicking the tib file from within Windows Explorer and keep clicking to get deeper into your backup file.
