Data Catalog stuck at "Loading" when trying to select folders for restore from an incremental backup

We use Acronis to perform an incremental backup every night. We need to restore a large amount of data folders. I have pointed the Acronis Recovery Console to the location where we store our backups. This location is on a DROBO NAS device hooked up via GB ethernet. It has been saying "Loading" for about 4 hours and has not populated the folder list yet. Please advise.
