Hi,

since one week i've got strange errorcodes in my Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Small Business Edition tapejob..

I'm running Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Build 11.0.17440.

Here is the errorcode:

I've tried a few Troubleshootings with the Licence Server but the Backupjob still don't work.

Ironically another backupjob on a NAS-System works properly.
Any guesses?

Sorry for my bad english, but i can't find the german Supportpages. ;D

The message "Die Bibliothek 'HP Ultrium 2-SCSI T61D (HU11145BKK)' ist derzeit nicht verfügbar." points to the tape library as the failure reason (and that's why backup to NAS works). You may try to diagnose it with vendor's utilities, but if the error is intermittent, it may report ok but fail later during the backup.

Thanks for your answer.

I forgot to mention that the tapedrive was exchanged yesterday.
The old one had some errors in the diagnostic tool HP Library&Tape Tools.

The tape job error occurs already after less than two minutes.

Ok, I just had to create a new depot because the path to the tape drive has changed.

The tapejob now seems to be running properly again.
