Can't explore "Documents and Settings" folder of back-up file

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis 2012 Build 2.1. I created a full disk image backup which worked fine. When I try to explore the .tib file to look at files some selected folders like "Documents and Settings" are grayed out and show no contents. What am I doing wrong? In the past I have been able to explore the .tib file and see/copy/open files in any folder.

Which version of Windows?
If Win 7, try the path
c:\users\your user name\your desired folders such as MyDocs.
