Problem with Acronis License Server Management Console
We have registered licences for acronis backup and recovery workstation universal restore, then download the aplication and finally we instal acronis licence server but when we try to run the aplication this doesn't work so, with the universal restore we can't create the cds. We think that the aplication doesn't work because it can't find the license but we don't know how to solve the problem.
The error code is : "E000807D5: No se encuentra el equipo"

Hello,
I have the same problem after having installed the Advanced Server Trial. Build of Acronis License Server Management Console is 11.133, OS is Windows Server 2008r2 x64. If I try to connect to the local host, an Error Message E000807D5 appears.
Furthermore if I search for other computers in the Microsoft Windows Network (Acronis Window), I cannot find anyone.
I renamed the RegKey (which I found under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Acronis\Encryption\Server) but without victory.
What can I do?

I have the same error.
Installed product: Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 SBS - Trial on W2003-SBS
Restartet the mentioned services - no success
Disabeled SSL encryption - no success
What is the next step to get the product licence activated?

Dear Mats Marcus, please note that build you are using is an outdated one, the latest is 11345. I would appreciate if you could kindly redownload the demo version, delete the previous build, and try again with the newer one.
Mat, John, could you please kindly provide me with the following information:
- The full error message.
- Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?
- - Download AcronisInfo
- Run the downloaded file.The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.

and we got the information lizenz is deactivated what can we do
we have reinstalles the software but it doesnt solve the problem
we bot the software by futurex as a download version

This is an issue when the ALS (Acronis Licence Server) is installed on the same server you want to backup. In our case, it was a firewall blocking access. And because our windows firewall isnt able to be modified directly, it needed to be changed through group policy. The following solution worked for us, but be sure to test this before making it live. We are currently using Windows Small Business Server 2003 SP2.

NOTE: your server ip address replaces "192.168.1.2"
Reinstall Acronis Licence Server
You should now be able to add keys to your licence server. However, I had to uninstall and reinstall Acronis Backup and recovery software in order to get it working as well.

I am getting the same error when connecting to the remote PC. Checked the services and disabled SSL encryptions. I am using the trial version. However, when I import the lic file it imports sucessfully but says added 0 lic key. Please help.

Hi, same problems, same answers fron call center corner.
I removed & reinstalled two times all the SW.
No results, 2 days it's works, 3 no.

Re-installing the license server on a production server is not an acceptable solution. Especially since this happens at least once a month. Please find a solution that does not involve complete re-installation.
