Acronis TrueImage 2014 Nonstop-Backup, Es gibt keine Versionen des Backups, Ereignis-Code: 0x00640001

Ich sichere eine Platte mit Nonstop-Backup auf eine andere Platte (Backup-Platte).
Die zu sichernden Daten betragen ca. 300 GB.
Das Verzeichnis Time Explorer Storage auf der Backup-Platte hat mittlerweile eine Größe von 644 GB. Sieht für mich ok aus, weil das Nonstop-Backup schon eine ganze Weile läuft. Die Backup-Platte hat noch ca. 160 GB Platz.
Ich versuche die Bereinigung des Nonstop-Backup. Da kommt nur die Fehlermeldung "Es gibt keine Versionen des Backups". Unter Details wird der Ereignis-Code: 0x00640001 genannt. Die Acronis Knowledge Base schweigt sich dazu aus.
Diese Fehlermeldung ist natürlich Schwachsinn. Was bedeutet der Ereignis-Code? Wie kann man das Problem lösen? Wenn TrueImage es schon nicht schafft, eine automatische Bereinigung durchzuführen, sollte dies wenigstens manuell möglich sein.
Kann jemand helfen?

Ich kann Ihnen leider nicht selber helfen, da ich Acronis non-stop backup nicht benutze. Vielleicht fragen Sie eher bei Deutsches Acronis Forum für Privatanwender an? Ich wünsche Ihen erfolg.

The directory TimeExplorer storage on the backup disk now has a size of 644 GB. This looks OK to me because the Nonstop Backup has been running for a while. The backup disk still has about 160 GB of space.

I am trying to clean up the nonstop backup. I get only the error message "There are no versions of backups". Under Details, the Event code 0x00640001 is given. The Acronis Knowledge Base is silent on this. This error message appears to be nonsense. What does the event code mean? How can this problem be solved?

If True Image is unable to perform automatic cleanup, this should be doable manually at least. Can anyone help?
