acronis will not apply backup policy

Thread needs solution

I have five servers with different operating systems (2003 std 32 and 64 bit, enterprise 64 bit) and all of them are having the same issue, the servers are added to a know good policy that the rest of the group uses, but the backup policy always fails to apply, I have done their TASK ZAP recomendation with no results:
"Run the \Program Files (x86)\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\schedmgr.exe tool and issue the same command on its interface:
task zap And delete the contents of the following folders: Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\Policies\ then TasksStorage and PolicyStatistics contents as well. Restart all Acronis services on these machines and re-create the backup policy."
Any suggestions on this? it is driving me bonkers!!!

At the moment it is not very clear why this issue is occurring. Please let me know the build number of your software. You can check it by pressing Help->About. Can you also tell me about the backup location.

Does the backup policy fail to apply with an error, or it just sits there for a very long time?

If there is an error, it would really help us to resolve this problem if you could run the AcronisInfo report, which will save all the Acronis logs and send me a PM with it. I will take a look at it and let you know what is causing this issue.
