Running Acronis Backup 11.5 Backup Agent "Managed Servers Acronis" stops in Services

Thread needs solution

I'm running the backup agent of Acronis 11.5 and we are connecting remotely to the systems and sometimes the are not online but I figured that out since some users pull the cable but sometimes I have ACRONIS MANGED SERVICES UNABLIAVBEL on the WIN 7 64BIT systems in our LAB so I checked and saw that in SERVICES.MSC the ACRONIS MANGED SERVICES had STOPPED so I RESTART it to AUTOMATIC and runs find, what would be casusing the services to STOP? please any assist or things to check?

Hi Mehul,

Thank you for your question! First of all please check the rights of the MMS user. It should be a memeber of Administrators and Backup Operators groups and also have the following rights: Log on as a service, Adjust memory quotas for a process, Replace a process level token, and Modify firmware environment. The additional information you may find here and here.

Please also check the dependent services: right click on Acronis Managed Machine Service -> Properties -> Dependencies

These services should be up and Acronis Scheduler2 Services should be running under Local System.
