Can you capture the screen and attach it to a post here?

I have exactly the same problem on True Image 2014. Tried reinstalling but same problem. Help please.

I remember having this issue, but can't recall the fix.
Have you tried logging out of your Acronis account (in the program)?
Not sure why I am thinking that might have been the fix, but it came to mind.
