Infos needed for manual canceling job
Hello everybody,
Im facing an issue. Any help will be very appreciated.
General infos:
Acronis backup & recovery 10
Physical Server: Win 2003 Server Std
Storage: Single RAID5 Array on 4 disks
Location of the backups: External HDD directly plugged to an USB 2.0 port of the server
Problem: I am recovering volumes from previous backup using acronis media bootable.
I did make 2 backups: 1 for the C: (50GB) and the other for D: (500GB) & E: (250GB)
I have restored the C: in 21 mins (50GB). Rebooted the computer, and everything went fine, OS is ok.
Now I am recovering the D: & E: partition, and the backup IS EXTREMELY slow (logs showing sector by sector mode).
The D: is critical because it contains all the users files (itinerant profiles in windows), but the E: isn't critical (ISO files, tools for server maintenance...).
The job is running right know for about 17Hours, andin the logs I can see that the D: partition has already been recovered, its now recovering the useless E:.
My question is: Can I manually cancel the job to skip the recovery of E: WITHOUT loosing the D: partition recovered in the same job ?
All production is stuck in the company and It will be very problematic to wait 6 hours more...
Thanks all
