Backup to cloud from vm protect

Thread needs solution

Hi all, i have configured a backup to be sent to the cloud but when i run it i get the following error immediately. Please can you help

Hi Chris,

Note that before backing up to Acronis Cloud you should activate the subscription from Configure->Licensing->Acronis Cloud Backup Subscription. Once it is activated you can proceed with creating the backup task to the cloud (try to create a new task). If this still doesn't help then please contact our support team for assistance and specify the Acronis Cloud account (e-mail) you used + attach the full log (View->Show Logs->Save All To File).
