Reinstall True Image after repaired System Fail

Thread needs solution

Hello
I have Problems to reinstall True Image 2015

Windows 8.1 64 Bit had a Problem with User Folder,
but this Problem no loger Exists

Only TrueImage will not Lauch (as far as i see)
Repair Mode will not Work
Install will not Work

So i tryed to Uninstall, but not success.
CleanupTool (atih_cleanup_tool_s_e) will also not work.
Manually deleting Registry Key (trueimage).
Setting TrueImage Services to manually start Mode

Not working

Trueimmage Setup will only Start Repair or Deinstall but no Success.

How can i Reinstall / real Cleanup for Reinstall my System

Setup Files (on CD):
Acronis True Image 2015 Build 6055
Acronis Disk Director 12 Build 3219

Pleas Help
Maybe German Answer possible?

Hmm... these kind of problems can lead to pervasive issues. A relatively quick fix is to create a new admin user on the system and to use this user to install Acronis. If that works, then you can delete the other user where the installation was failing.

but the Problem already solved by Acronis Support Chat.

Steps:
Microsoft FixIt removes / deinstalls / cleans rest of the installation
New / Other Acronis Setup Routine from Acronis Support downloaded (Build 6525)

Creating a bootable Rescue CD
Restoreing System Drive with latest Backup

Now all works fine.
