Why does B&R keep prompting me for credentials

Logged into PC as ourdomain\it.support which is a domain admin account. It can access the network share for my images without a problem.

Why then, when I browse personal vaults, am I prompted for username & password? Is this part of the program running as another account? Is it the "Acronis Agent User" account that I've just posted a message about?

Would replacing the local Acronis Agent User account with a domain account that had access to the file share containing the images help?

Hmm, may I therefore humbly suggest the product design is wrong... but at least we know there's nothing we can do about it.
