TI2015 hangs at "calculating remaining time" for days now
Hi all,
I have been running True Image Home 2015 (now Build 6525) since Nov. without any problems. The last few days it hangs on a job at 70 something percent and doesn't finish and can't be cancelled or stopped.
I have tried rebooting several times, I have tried to stop the software in all possible places in the GUI but it remains at "Calculating remaining time" (my translation).
Short of killing all True Image related processes I can't do anything with the current backup job, but it resumes after killing resp. rebooting.
As far as I can tell from the log, the backup ran just fine, but validation fails with an error. The backup file iteself seems to be fine though, I could access or copy it. I'm not sure, if the error refers to the backup file or some other file, the log is not very informative, at least for us customers.
I've enclosed the latest log files as a zip.
Can anyone shed some light on the matter?

Hi Pat,
how should I do that, if I can't get into the job options? The predominant problem here is that whatever produces the error locks up True Image.
As I said, I can't stop the job, no matter what I try.

After I disabled the Volume Shadow Copy service then the backup completed successfully
