Hi,

The error is a generic one indicating failure to process the Hyper-V VSS writer on the host machine. There might be multiple different reasons for such behavior and the case will require thorough investigation. You should capture Acronis system report from the Hyper-V host (in Acronis Management Console go to Help->Collect System Information from...) and contact our support team for further assistance.

Thank you.
