Backup to USB ok, Backup to NAS not working - Felder: $module : agent_protection_addon_vs / Felder: $module : mms_vs

Thread needs solution

Hello,

we are using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 (11.0.17440)

Problem: since unknown timepoint normal image backup is not working to Synology NAS but it is working to USB Drive.

We already reinstalled the software.
We don´t have a active licence.

What can we do do solve the problem? (error message see below)

Thank you for your posting! The message Der Prozess 'service_process.exe' ist abgestürzt may indicate a crash of service_process.exe process. Please check the Windows logs for related Events with ID 1000 Application crash, as described in the following article. If service_process.exe actually crashes, I would suggest to install the latest build. You can download a trial version on the Acronis web site. Please check if the issue reproduces on the latest build and if so, contact Acronis Support Team with your trial version.
