Hello Ken,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

When there is no output it means that snapapi module is not installed properly.

It seems that you have several gcc packages installed. Your kernel has been compiled with version 3.4 of gcc and ‘gcc -version’ shows version 3.2. Most probably there is a symbolic link in /usr/bin to version 3.2. Please be aware that in order to compile any kernel module you should have gcc version corresponding to one your running kernel was compiled with

Please see this article for more information.

Please keep us informed.

Thank you.

Hello Jesus Angel Mayor Sanchez,

Thank you for bringing up this issue. I will do my best to resolve it.

Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest build of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Server for Linux, build 11639.

Also, please verify that you have the kernel-devel-2.6.18-164.el5 package installed.

If this suggestion fails to resolve the issue, submit a support request with a Linux System Report.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.
