after install : must be activated, but activation button does not work.

Was installing True Image 2015 upgrade after uninstalling true image 2013. Software installs without errors, but when restarting says must be activated and that nothing will work except recovery. Activation screen comes up but activate button does not work and blue panel on left is unpopulated. I uninstalled 2015 and tried to reinstall 2013 but now it will not install 2013 either. I wanted to attached the MSI log from the 2013 Install that failed but it is 18.19 mb so it is to large.
