HUGE backup size

Thread needs solution

So, I after having used many other backup solutions I thought I'd go the Cadillac route and bought a True Image 2014 multi license pack and started using it. Never contacted support, just read the docs and got going. Now my 160 gb back up is consuming 1.6 tb and growing. So off I go to the site to ask for a little support and what do I get? "See you later, your support has expired." No help at all despite having paid in full! Not even an answer to a single question.

I always thought that Acronis was a solid company and have actively recommended their products. I also thought that after the purchase of a multi pack I'd be eligible for at least a single help incident. Obviously I was a fool, but I will be a fool no more. Instead of recommending Acronis products I will now do my best to steer customers away from a company that obviously is more interested in keeping their expenses down than in their customers welfare.

Post a screen capture of your backup scheme plus a picture of your storage folder showing the tib files listing.
Sort the tib files in date/time sequence before capture.

Maybe one of us fellow users can help you.

If your problems happens to be that you accepted the default backup scheme settings with no cleanup options,
your fix may be as simple as adding cleanup options to your backup scheme.
