Update Download Fails

Thread needs solution

I am notified that there is a new version available. When I try to download it, it immediately fails and I'm told to shut down anti-virus/spyware app, which I have done with no better results. What can I do to update. I am currently running TI 2015 for 3 Computers Build 6613

Same problem on 5 Win 7 computers. Get this when do update from within application and when downloading the update and installing from outside application.

Same here. I upgraded my win 7 installation to win 10. notified of update to Acronis True Image 2015 which immediately failed. Downloaded from updates under my account which asked me to uninstall which I did. Now it no longer recognizes my serial number which is an upgrade. All my serial numbers have been upgrades for years and can't find the original 2010? so now I'm stuck on trial. Please help

Guys,
6613 is the latest windows build. if you have that installed, its probably a bug.

Since the release of build 6613, I have on three occasions received the BSOD with an error message that TIB_MOUNTER.SYS was missing. Fortunately, I have a working clone drive and can boot from that drive, copy the TIB_MOUNTER.SYS file from that drive onto the main boot drive, and return to normal. The file itself is apparently a TRUE IMAGE file and for whatever reason is undependable. My system is Windows 8.

I too received the "update" message when starting TI this morning, but gave up with the repeated errors messages while attempting a download. I had hoped that the "update" was a fix to the TIB_MOUNTER.SYS issue.

So what is Acronis doing about it? I've never come across a company that sets out to keep it's customers from contacting them and spouts on about what great service they have 24/7. It wants to charge me $36NZ to buy support to report this bug and now denies me access to software I'm licenced to use.
