Recovering an accidently deleted .tib image

Thread needs solution

I need to give an apology if this is either the wrong area or if this has already been done but I need to ask a serious question based on luxury with acronis imaging.

I previously had a 9gb+ image of my hard drive on a usb 1tb hard drive. I seem to remember taking the image off it and putting in on my computer to put it on a double layered dvd, but unfortunately I think I remember accidentally deleting it off my usb hard drive through the dos disc in the recovery menu when I thought I chose the wrong image after transferring it again, but unfortunately I can't find the double layered dvd I have a permanent image of it. Is there a way I can do data recovery on the usb hard drive in order to recover the tib image and do another permanent double layered copy of it?

Greetings,
I use Test Disk when a customer or friend asks for this type of assistance. Its free.

Also, I do not recommend storing .tib files solely on CD, DVD or BlueRay. If you have several copies of the same image and this is one of your archive locations, this is fine.
