Recent Upgrade Installer Asking For License
Hello,
I got an update to install updates, but when I run the installer, it keeps asking me for a license. I already have a license, why can't it just see what I already have?
It wants to select Trial Mode!
Any help would be appreciated

Can you please clarify which Acronis product you want to use? What installation file you've downloaded?
According our database under your account you have licenses of Acronis True Image Unlimited for PC and Mac for 1 computer and Acronis True Image 2014 Standard.

If that is all you have for me, something is very wrong.
I purchased Acronis Backup for PC (North America Edition) (v11.5)
My cleverbridge reference number: 75744993
I am trying to download the update for this product but it seems like for some reason you have me as a trial license only.
This is very concerning.
Please advise.

I just updated the software and it reverted it back to TRIAL mode, which I have 30 days now. I have already purchased the product, why do you guys think I didnt?
I put in the product key from the cleverbridge email and receive the following:
Code: 13,238,273(0x00CA0001)
LineInfo: 0xEC81F6265C0582D7;
Module: mms_vs_43994
Message: Failed to check the license key. The key is disabled.

Hello Adam,
First of all make sure, that you used proper installation file. The error message indicates, that Advanced edition of the product is installed, and the license key is from a Standalone edition. Register your new license key under your account on Acronis web-site and download the installation file. Re-install the software using this installation file and after that specify the license as described in the following part of the docu.

Hello,
Problem is, when I do a "Get All Serials", my license for Acronis Backup Standalone doesn't even show up!
It's as if you don't have a serial # for me.
So you are correct, now I have the advanced version of the software and I am unable to find the Standalone edition.
Can you please send the direct link to it and also where is my serial # for it?

Hi Adam,
the thing is, that your license wasn't registered under your account. But now i've registered it and you should be able to see it under account.

Great! This was my problem! thank you very much! I now have the standalone version downloaded, can i just install it right over the Advanced 11.5? Do I need to uninstall Advanced 11.5 first and if so will I lose all my settings?

Hello Adam,
Please uninstall Acronis Backup Advanced first. You can export existing backup plans and import in the new installation.
