boot problem

Thread needs solution

ok I am having one wierd problem here. had problems last night decided to re-install windows 10 thinking something went wrong and after install it happened again.
I will explain.
Installed windows 10 from scratch.
installed main programs like office and other main programs.
Did a windows image using windows image backup.
Installed acronis 2015 build 6613.
Now here we go.
Computer won't boot I get spinning circles for about 15 minutes on the asrock screen therefore at bios level I guess.
Went crazy until I started unplugging stuff from my computer.
I have 2 ssd drives one main for windows and software, other for data and downloads.
When I unplug the secondary ssd and re-boot all is fine it boots perfect. re-connect 2nd ssd drive and fails again (spinning circles)
Ok it must my my ssd drive logically. Nope.
restored image from windows before acronis install all is fine again.
re-installed acronis just to convince me and same phenomenon.
Therefore acronis is screwing up my bootloader in some way.
This happens with mbr partition and gpt.

Any one can give me some insights want to re-install acronis for my backups but don't won't to screw everything up AGAIN"

This second SSD, has it ever had an OS install on it?

If so and you are familiar with Windows Diskpart utility you should use it to run a clean all command on the second drive.

I can confirm this behavior with Acronis True Image 2015. My boot load goes from 10 seconds to 4 - 5 minutes as soon as Acronis True Image is installed on Windows 10. Disabling its startup services makes no difference. I have proof it's True Image that's the culprit. I went so far as to completely reformat and then install and reboot after every program for an entire night to see which install was the problem.

My process:

1) Reformatted a fresh install of Windows 8 Pro from a retail disc.
2) Immediately upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.
3) Installed the MOBO chipset, among other hardware. I rebooted after each install to time the time-to-Windows screen; always less than 10 seconds.
4) As soon as I install True Image, the reboot time is between 3 - 4 minutes.
5) Tried disabling Acronis startup services; no difference.
6) Once True Image is uninstalled, the boot is back to 10 seconds.

The software is definitely screwing up Windows 10's boot loader. This sucks, as I specifically bought this software to use as a scheduled backup only a month ago and it didn't cause bootup problems on Windows 8.1.
