True Image Slows Bootloader on Windows 10

My boot load goes from 10 seconds to 4 - 5 minutes as soon as Acronis True Image is installed on Windows 10. Disabling its startup services makes no difference. I have proof it's True Image that's the culprit. I went so far as to completely reformat and then install and reboot after every program for an entire night to see which install was the problem.
My process:
1) Reformatted a fresh install of Windows 8 Pro from a retail disc.
2) Immediately upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.
3) Installed the MOBO chipset, among other hardware. I rebooted after each install to time the time-to-Windows screen; always less than 10 seconds.
4) As soon as I install True Image, the reboot time is between 3 - 4 minutes.
5) Tried disabling Acronis startup services; no difference.
6) Once True Image is uninstalled, the boot is back to 10 seconds.
The software is definitely screwing up Windows 10's boot loader. This sucks, as I specifically bought this software to use as a scheduled backup only a month ago and it didn't cause bootup problems on Windows 8.1.

I have build 6613 on several Windows 10 boxes and have not noticed any deterioration in boot times. However, I had 6613 installed before I migrated the boxes to Windows 10 rather than loading it onto Windows 10 system.

My install is fresh (freshly reformatted Windows 8 upgraded to Windows 10). Are you testing it in a restart or just shut down and start up?

I have done both shutdown and restart and I am not experiencing any problems with either.

Is there someone at Acronis I can get support from? The software straight up cripples the boot in Windows 10 for me.
