windows 10 pro - backup not created

Thread needs solution

hello, on 1 of my pc , i see that the archive of system disk from which the system is running is not creating. attached the screenshot.

but in the user interface of acronis it is showed that is going on, and the whole space of the unit of backup is decreasing. however it fails "unable to create snapshot " after processing all the data of the system.

backing up from the boot disk is fine.

I have two comments. The first is that this was a bug in one of the prior builds of ATI 2015 and was fixed (as far as we know) in build 5586 which was released late Friday (early Saturday). If you are running that version then I am not sure what the problem is. I see you are using as Samsung Evo 850 SSD - there are other issues that are correlated to have such SSD (I am not saying there is a causual link). But I doubt that the drive model is the problem here. I do not have an Evo 850 so I cannot say with certainty.

yes the build is 19.0.5586 of true image 2016. so you think it's related to my specific ssd?
