[SOLVED] Universal Restore is missing in the ATIH 2016 dl context

In the context Downloads for ATIH 2016

the Universal Restore download is missing. It just exists for ATIH 2015.

Hi Karl,
there should be a separate product box for Acronis Universal Restore.
Which version of the user account you are using at the moment, new or old one?
Would it be possible to create a screenshot?

Universal restore is missing for all products in the new version of the user account. It is present on the old version.

You can access all downloads using the old version of the user account by selecting "Get support" at the top right of the new version, then click "Submit Feedback" in the right pane, and finally click "My Products and Downloads" in the left pane.

Hello Joey,

thanks for your hint on what you found out regarding 2 different download Pages.

Obviously Acronis Support has not even a Clue on their own Website.
I recently opened a Support Ticket on that Matter and the only thing they could do for me was provinding me with a Download Link - not even any info where to find Univeral Restore for downloading Future Updates etc.

Unbelievable & I am quite upset regarding Acronis Support Behaviour

hello Anna, please have the requested screenshots.

It could be they don't know the current situation mx-5driver as they have completely redesigned the webpages. This will likely cause inconsistencies and errors. I can live with that as long those get adressed. Apart from this, I like the new Website UI.

This appears to be solved meanwhile. I can now download the UR components from the new account page.
