Installation Windows Agent in local

Thread needs solution

Hello, I encounter a problem if i want to install agentWindows.msi phisically on computer (client).
I launch the application and when it request name or ip License server, after inserting it, the setup give me error : Server not found in lan.
Advance that windows firewall have tcp ports (9876) opened, or it's disabled.

MY Version is Acr Back and Rec advanced workstation.

Actually there can be several reasons why the Agent cannot access the License Server (which is required for successful installation), so in order to localise the issue I would like to ask you to do the following: 

  1. Please make sure that License Server and the machine you're installing the Agent on are in the same subnet
  2. Please make sure that machine with the License Server is accessible from Windows from Agent machine
    (the best way to do it is to obtain LS machine ip address and on the Agent machine go to
    Start -> Run - > cmd -> ping [ip address])
  3. If possible, install License Server onto any other suitable machine
  4. Specify the path to the License Server manually

Should the issue persist, please obtain the following diagnostic information: 

  1. MSI log
  2. Wireshark output
  3. Acronis Info from the machine in question

After that please contact support directly with the information attached. Should you face any procrastination with the reply - let us know the case number, we will be glad to speed up the process.
