ABR 10 Agent installation failure

Message: Fatal error during installation
This was an upgrade from true image 9. I have since uninstalled TI9. Then followed the steps for a manual install. MSI log is attached.

we have got the same error message during the installation of Backup & Recovery 10. The license was also deleted from the local License Server Management Console.

Peter, thank you for attaching the *.msi log. Unfortunately currently.there are several possible reasons for the issue, so we'll need some additional information. Could you please kindly provide us with the following:
- Please gather Windows System Information file from the machine in question and the machine with the license server
- Please regather the MSI log for the component failing to install

but the error is still.

- MSI log
- Acronis Info from machine in question
