Activation Problem

I upgraded Acronis 2015 Unlimited 3 computer license to Acronis 2016 Cloud and the activation failed. I am now running a trial version. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Why hasn't this been fixed? I opened a support case.

I performed the same operation on my other license and it automatically generated a new Acronis 2016 Cloud license.

After two one hour chat sessions with Acronis support. I'm finally told that you are only allowed one free 2016 upgrade per account. Acronis wants me to create another account and transfer one of my 2015 licenses to the new account. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Is Acronis trying to deliberately drive away customers.

This is not a free upgrade. It is part of my subscription which entitles me to any upgrades during my subscription. I was told this was by design. Acronis, can you please change this so all of my computers are under one account? If you can not change this. Please have support email me a 2016 Cloud 3 Computer key.

thank you for the update.
This is true, that we allow only one automatic upgrade for an account, because according to current design we suppose that the user has only one Acronis True Image Cloud (Unlimited in previous version) under account.
We are working on making the usage more convenient and the registration/ upgrade process will be surely improved in the future.

I just paid to upgrade to True Image 2016 and installed the program. When I run, I get a message window inviting me to Sign In, but the user name and password fields remain grayed out. Twenty minutes and still waiting to be able to input anything????
