Thread needs solution

I have Acronis 2014. Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, I have been unable to do a back-up. Is there a connection? Do I have to pay for an upgrade because I went to Windows 10?

2014 is not supported on Windows 10. If you wish to continue using Acronis then you will need an upgrade license because only TI 2015 and 2016 are supported. You can log in to your Acronis account and see the pricing there.
