Thread needs solution

This is perhaps the worst software company I have ever encountered. The only thing I can count on is that it will break and blathering away on this stupid forum is no substitute for talking to a PAID SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL.

Let me explain our support policy:

First of all we offer perpetual recovery support, since that’s the core of our business.

For other issues with each perpetual license of Acronis True Image (n, n-1 versions) we give free chat/email technical support within 30 days after the purchase.

After the standard support program expires you can purchase an Acronis Pay Per Incident Support license to contact support via phone/chat/email with technical issue.

If the issue is on the side of the product we will refund the cost of the support fee.

As for subscription-based software, such as Acronis True Image Cloud support is valid during the whole subscription period.

As far as I see you have an active Acronis True Image Cloud subscription. You just need to log in to your Acronis account and fill in the form on this page http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html
