25 minutes to restore one tiny file?

Thread needs solution

This screen has been hourglassed for 25 minutes. I have a 113 G backup on USB 2.0 Seagate GoFlex external (but it's a drive, not a tape, so size basically doesn't matter, right?!). I went recover, clicked + on drive C on the left, clicked + on a folder, then took the checkbox on a single file and clicked recover at the bottom.

FALSE ALARM.

I had no other choice than to kill the TI task since it apparently was permanently hung and all buttons unresponsive. No tragedy to kill on a restore, maybe orphaning a cluster at worst. Then I tried again - and it worked, only taking seconds. I'll just have to write this off as a one-off glitch.

By the way this was all through the "Recover files" button.

I'd delete this post if I could. It seems to know that it's mine because I get an edit button; how about adding delete functionality to that button.

Well as long as I'm here I'd like to suggest a yes/no/yes to all/no to all overwrite prompt. There's probably a Common Dialog for this out there waiting for you to use it! You could show in a box
File on backup    10,500 9/21/2015 08:05:02
File to overwrite 10,200 9/29/2015 11:22:11

EDIT: Hmmm, I see all these great options in
https://forum.acronis.com/forum/46511 - an advanced tab for file recovery options. How can I get to that?

I bought my 3 user TI 2016 in a box at an electronics store, but it feels like I have a crippled copy, as there are so few configurable items!

Sorry, I forgot to mention - clicking the Date or Size column do nothing. I see the down arrow by Name though. XP here. I can resize column widths too, just not sort with them.
