Thread needs solution

The update to my cloud backup is taking longer than normal after upgrading to V2016 from v2014.  Under v2014 my update usually has been taking less than 5 minutes.  Under v2016, it has now been running over 72 hours and is only 75% complete.  My upload speed has NOT changed. Tech support has uploaded numerous reports but has yet come up with a solution.  They have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired v2016 installation.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is it possible that the new version is creating a new reference full backup? Maybe you have to wait until it completes and test incrementals thereafter

I hope that's not the case as I was assured by Acronis that my existing cloud backup would be updated as usual.

The update I'm doing now is a small file backup.  If my main cloud backup were to update at the same speed this file is being updated, I calculated that it would take me 72 days to do the update which would be a disaster.
