Acronis Archive not showing files in Explorer
After archiving a number of files to the cloud, I can't see them in the Acronis Archive part of explorer, there are zero files there. Refreshing (F5) doesn't help either (after "working on it..", it just shows no files again).
In the program it does show the correct size of the files and I can access them though the web browser, but would prefer to use explorer.
Using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Your topic is one which I have rarely seen here on the Forum. The Archiving feature just doesn't get talked about much, not sure if that means it is a feature rarely used by users or there just are few problems with it.
I have used the feature but unfortunately I am not in a position at this time to test Explorer viewing. The documentation does state that access can be had using Windows Explorer under the favorites tab. I have not tried this but will as soon as I am able to.

I presume what you are saying here is that using the Favorites tab view your archived files are not displayed, is that correct? Are your archived files found in the default folders that the Archive feature scans for files or did you point the Archive feature to a different folder/file in another location? Not sure this would make a lot of difference but it might.

Update: I am sorry for a late update. I did finally get to have a look at this on my test machine. Using Windows Explorer in Win 10 X64 listed under This PC I find the folder Acronis Archive. If I select (click on) the This PC the view windows displays the Acronis Archive folder under Network locations. I am able to open the Acronis Archive folder from that view, access and manuipulate the archived files with no problem.
So at least on my install there does not appear to be a problem with access using Windows Explorer and the Acronis Archive.
