View backups via browser not working

Thread needs solution

When trying to view my backups via a browser, I get the following error:

HTTP Status 404 - /login/acronis/login.htm

type Status report

message /login/acronis/login.htm

description The requested resource (/login/acronis/login.htm) is not available.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.20

This has been happening for 24hrs. What's the problem?

Having problems with:  "You have no subscription. You can activate trial subscrition on account page."  

I don't see the trial subscrition on the account page.

If you are looking for a trial copy of the latest ATIH 2017 software then go to the main Acronis home page and click on Home products, where you will see a menu option to Try the software.
