Windows 10 does not see partition....help!

Thread needs solution

Good Day,  Recall that Windows 7 had a limitation on disk size that I believe was 4TB.  When I replaced my C: drive with a 6TB drive it was partitioned as a 4TB and a second 2TB drive by the Acronis version provided by Seagate. Now that I've converted to Windows 10, the partition cannot be seen either by Window's explorer or this full up version of Acronis.   What can be done to permit Windows 10 to find this partition?   Thanks, Marty

Which partition are you talking about?  I would think that because you have upgraded Win 7 for Win 10 the 2TB partition is the problem, is that correct?

What dois Windows Disk Management tell you about this partition?  Is this partition showing in Disk Management as unallocated space?

Providing a screenshot of Disk Management would help a great deal here.
