Upgrade True Image 2016
Have upgraded from Acronis TI 2011 to TI 2016. When copying (cloning) a HDD to another HDD the process starts as always, however, when pushing "ready for cloning" the process starts without showing anything anymore on the screen. Yet the clone process runs to be regarded since the two disk lights are flashing on the PC. Why is nothing shown on screen during cloning process. Any answers available, Thanks

Thanks for input, however, this also did not help. The basic problem is: I tried nto upgrade from Win7/64 to Win19/64 as offered by Microdoft thes days. The upgrade asked me to delete the Acronis 2011 True Image since it ist not compatible with Win 10. So I deleted 2011 TI with the correct clean up utility and also corrected the registry entries as advised by Acronis. I started Win10 upgrade, which at a certain point stopped, telling me to delete Acronis True Image. I coukld not find any Acronis True Image anymore on my PC, so I guess there is still somewhere a hidden Acronis file (Checked in msconfig everything, run CCleaner, etc, etc.) No success. Any idea where there could be something left from Acronis non the disk, what has not been shreddered by the clean up utility.
This also applies to Acronis 2016: since it should be compatibe with Win 10, I purchased upgrade and installed it. Restarted PC and started upgrade to Win 10. After a while the same message appeared as aleays: sytem cannot delete Acronis True Image 2011 (!) you have to delete it manually. Jesus, hoe can this be performed???
Thanks for help
