не могу сделать посмотреть содержимое тиб-архива

версия: Акронис Тру Имаге Хоме 2010
при выборе команды Обзор (контекстное меню тиб-архива) дает ошибку (см.скрин)
знаю что проблема кроется в реестре (не удачно чистил от предыдущей версии)

I may recommend you the following to fix the issue:

1. Please try to mount the archive as described at the Chapter 17 of the User's Guide;

2. If mounting fails, please re-install the software completely and check if the issue persists.

If you still can't mount or explore the backup, please collect AcronisInfo output, register your software and submit a support request.

According to the log file you some traces from the old installation are still in Windows registry.

Please start Windows Registry Editor from Start -> Run -> regedit, then find the following value:

D9988C73

and delete the key with that value. After that reboot and try to install the software again.

If the issue still persists, please collect AcronisInfo and submit a support request.

большое спасибо за помощь - переустановка получилась
но самое главное - функция обзора заработала

я удалил ключи с D9988C73, даже не все
а может ключ другой программы иметь такое же значение, тогда как различать чей ключ?

Unfortunately I can't tell you for sure if any other software may create such values in registry.
