NOT PERFORMING AS SET
I'm using Acronis True Image 2015 for PC. Two issues:
bUILD #6613
1. I received this as a gift and registered this product on 10/20/15. Acronis won't give support because they allege it was registered in Jan, 2015. It was in a sealed original box, had not been opened, and contained the CD and Serial # card. Any ideas how this can happen?
2. I have it set to automatically backup in the incremental mode, creating another FULL backup after FIVE incremental backups. I have reviewed the settings and they are exactly as I describe. HOWEVER, it is now on the 14th incremental backup after the initial full backup and DID NOT create a full backup after 5 incremental as set. Any ideas how to correct this deficit?
Attached is a screen shot of the backup drive showing the initial full backup and subsequent 14 incremental backups.
Also attached is a screen shot of the Backup Scheme Settings Page.

Grover, thank you for your response.
You apparently did not understand my post. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT AT ALL. Not 30 days, not 1 day, not 1 instance. Acronis wrongfully alleges that my True Image Home 2015 for PC was registered in Jan, 2015, not when I registered it on October 20, 2015. How can this happen with a sealed box?
I will follow your advice and create another backup, then delete the malfunctioning backup. Thanks.
Attached hereto is another screen shot that show the Acronis home screen when it is launched. Please notice the upper right corner reporting Total Size 26.57 TB. What is this referring to? Certainly not the size of my Primary drive being backed up not the External 2 TB drive backup destination.
Thank you for your help.

I understand your issue oif no support.
The size in upperright corner of your pictures referes to the sum oif backup siizes stored in your storage folder.
Be aware that a 'Entire PC" backup will include ALL internal disks so the backup may include more than one disk if the disks is an an internal disk (non-usb).
For those with multiple internal disks, do not use "entire PC backup, but select disk & partitions instead just to backup one internal disk with mulitple partitions.
