New version only allows backup of "Entire PC"

Thread needs solution

I've been using TI since 2009, including the 2016 version, and have always been able to specify which drive/partition to backup (Backup Source & check the right boxes). With the new update, all I can do is backup the Entire PC. I have 5 drives, one of them 3 partitions in my primary desktop. I backup up the C: drive often, to another drive. I don't see that as an option anymore. I don't have a drive big enough for the Entire PC.

Why do you take away features on upgrades???

You can access partitions and file backup by clicking on the Entire PC icon in the GUI.

Select what you want to be backed up: Entire PC, or Single or Multiple partitions, or Files and Folders.

I posted this in the general 6027 thread, and didn't get any reaction, but...

...when I tried clicking on "Disks and partitions" in 6027, I got a completely blank selection screen, as if the program couldn't find any drives in my system.  Uninstalled and went back to my previous version; everything worked fine.

James,

You may need to run the 2015 TrueImage Cleanup utility to remove a mixed up TI from your system and then re-install  your newest version.

The TI cleanup utility can be found in my signature link item 4 below.

When clicking the backup source, you should get the choices as shown above posting and in the below user reference.
