Acronis v11 and v11.5 support

Thread needs solution

Folks,

Just wondering if someone can answer this simple question. My company just purchase an Acronis v11.5 subscription, will our v11.5 subscription cover older version? more specifically Acronis v11?

thank you for your posting!

After you buy a license and register it in the my.account section on Acronis website, you can downgrade to one major version below. The downgrade option is available in my.account for each product that has a previous version. If you want to use product that is two versions back or older (such as Acronis True Image 9.1), you have to contact support.
