Backup history missing ??

Hello,

I used ATI 2014 and I'm very happy with it. One feature I appreciate is the ability to select one backup from the backup history. From ATI 2015 I'm unable to find where the feature is hidden.

I guess that feature has totaly disappeared :-(

Hi Frank Buff,

This feature has not disappeared.

You can still select the version from which you would like to recover the files. After you click on the "Recover" button, you will see all the available options in the drop-down menu, like this:

Hi. I have the same problem than Frank Buff. Considering the image that you posted, in Acronis  on my pc i don't see " Back Up ", I see only " entire pc ", and I can make a back up, but not see them.

 

Windows Seven SP1 64 bit   - Acronis 2016 updated.

Hi alberto97,

As far as I can see on your screenshot, you have not yet made an initial backup.

The "Recovery button" will appear after the first backup is made.

The file version drop-down menu will appear after serveral backups are created

Thank you for your fast answer; I made several backup, but only in Acronis Secure Zone: I can't see thme, nor delete.
 

I made another image, in Acronis Secure Zone, and the program doesn't see it.

I would suggest recreating the Secure Zone or activating it via bootable media.
