Thread needs solution

Trying to log an issue and find I can login to purchase new license, and post to this forum, just not able to use my warranty!  

Any one know what I did wrong?

P.S.  HATE the new 2016 layout, hate it, hate it, hate it.  Thank God I still have 2014 licenses.

What where they thinking removing the log file.

You need to log into support  (serial registration must be current and registered)

Begin in uppper right corner of this webpage.

Log file located in

C:\PROGRAMDATA\ACRONIS\TRUEIMAGEHOME\LOGS

Log labelled "service" most helpful. It will be dated backup date.

Also a good idea to complete the option "email notification" so you get an email with the results of each backup.
