Missing tishell64.dll

Thread needs solution

I've noticed that I can't open TIB files from the Windows explorer context menu with ATIH 2015 (Build 6613).  Using autoruns (SYSINTERNALS), the ContextMenuHandler is pointing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\tishell64.dll.  However, that file doesn't exist on my system.

All other ATIH operations seem to work as expected.

I've tried reinstalling, but it doesn't put that file down.  So, I'd like to simply get that file and put it in place.  Any way I can get that file from Acronis or pull it from the installation?

Thanks for any help in advance,

Paul

PS - I'm running Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit

The tib backup file is nornally opened inside Windows Explorer by doubleclicking on the tib file.

There should also be these two files in the same folder.  Do be sure you computer is set to view such files.

tishell32.dll

tishell.dll

Restart  your TI 2015 installation file and restarting it will offer a REPAIR option.

If you no longer have that file, you can download from your Acronis web account.
