I bought your program through Cleverbridge. The activation code does not work.

What does one do now?

I have the same program. I am attaching my sales receipt and a screen shot showing once the key is entered, nothing happens. I am not allowed to proceed.

Tim,

You might want to remove your key from public view - anyone passing can use it and pretend to be you.

Dev-anon mentions your key works for him for TIH2011, your screenshot refers to DD11, are you positive you have the correct key for the correct program?

Have you purchased a CD version or downloadable one?

Have you had a trial version or previous full version installed on your system at any time?

Your invoice mentions a bundle ADD11+TI Home 2011. Afaik, if it's a key for TI2011, it can't be in the same time a valid key for DD11. There must be another key delivered to you as a key for DD11 in addition to this one.

I would remove that key if I were you before it gets pirated!!

It is recommended to register the program serial number after the purchase. To get things moving I will send you a private message with the serial numbers. You can always access them from your Acronis web-account.

Hi, i have problem with acronis true image hd disk migration utility 2012 activation key. I regisered the product and got the 64 letter code, tho my 'Activate' button did'nt lid up to click on it. I check the code triple times and even entered it once upper caseing and after that lower caseing letters, activate button do not lid up. On the pruduct package have Acronis True Image HD sticker and that download utility should be correct considering that labeling. Any advise?

Hi - I'm having a similar problem like the previous user in activating TrueImage HD. I registered my product and received the generated key via email, but when copy/pasting info on activation prompt.. "Activate button" will not prompt.

This is my second device registered, the previous ones had no problems activating and installing. Any help would be great.
Is this a known issue?

again you'll need to contact your hardware vendor to get the installation file corresponding with your license key.

can you please provide more details? As far as I see you have your OEM license registered under your account on our website. It means that serial number itself is correct.

If the license is not accepted by installation file, most likely serial number and installation file don't match each other. As far as I know in such cases OEM vendor provides with correct download link or exchanges license key. Were you instructed otherwise?
