Cloud Problem: Request to server failed with status: "Error")

Thread needs solution

Acronis Cloud backup is stuck.

After I moved the location of the source files (the files im backing up) from one folder to another folder
-
after that TIH cannot seem to handle the fact that the source files moved.
( I have pointed the backup to the new location of the files but that didnt help)

I cant see any way to edit this backup as its always greyed out - the error message just says "error" &
there is no more information available.  see attached pic. There is no solution online. 

any fixes available ?

Thank you for your posting! Since you have a cloud subscription I would recommend to raise a support ticket for all technical issues, so we can start investigation right away.

I wou;d suggest that you stop using the existing back up.  Create a new backup task that points to the new source location and specifies a new target location for the backup using a different/new destination folder name on the Cloud.
