Devices not appearing in dashboard
Not seeing any PC devices in the dashboard despite backing up to the cloud.
When I started using the service it did track one device (PC) up until about 3 weeks ago, and then it stopped updating (the device was always shown offline despite being online and backups were shown as last done on the 13th November, depite many being done after every day).
I've deleted the device in the dashboard but nothing but 1 android phone is showing in it despite muitiple backups from my PC.
I've tried reinstalling and it makes no difference at all.

Dashboard has a lot of issues. I reported them. They never got fixed. I stopped using the Dashboard. I use email notifications to monitor my backups instead.

Well best part of 3 months later, the dashboard still doesn't work properly.
What dmitry suggested has no effect at all.
The only thing I have found which temporary fixes this is to change the name of the PC, do a backup then wait about 30 minutes (This is not practical and is incovenient).
Suddenly the machine will appear in the list and the the dashboard will work until a few days (or weeks if you are VERY lucky) when suddenly it will stop again for no reason.
Hardly a sign of reliability is it acronis?!

PT,
You can try running the script contained the link below as a workaround for your issue.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Technogod,
the dashboard still by today has a lot of issues:
- sometimes missing devices (can be solved)
- showing jobs that have been deleted on the machine (cannot be solved by the user)
- shows inconsistent job status (running) despite the job is not running
- errors are shown but no detailed information is available nor a logfile can be downloaded from dashboard, which at the end forces the user to double check for errors locally.
Dashboard works great and as intended as long devices are present and there are NO issues with jobs and jobs are just created and never deleted @Dmitry.
I have still a lot of error reports open regarding dashboard but it is hard to get them solved as I never reached anyone from the web dev team.
Dashboard issues are very likely issues based on either insufficient data sent by the client or improper display / handling on the website.

Same for me. Thanks for a repost of the file Bobbo, I will take it into my Acronis tools folder :)

Thanks for the script Bobbo, but as it only automates what Dmitry suggested it doesn't solved the problem. :(

For users running Windows 10 this "devices missing from Dashboard" issue might be related to a Windows 10 bug that is present that causes network discovery not to function correctly. Reportedly Microsoft will be releasing a fix for this in March when the next major upgrade to Windows 10 is rolled out.
Users whom are not running Windows 10 and are experiencing such issues have a different problem if in fact there are these problems on other versions of Windows.

Aha, I'm using Windows 10 Pro, so maybe thats why changing the computer name temporary solves the problem (by kicking network discovery into working)?
You got any sources of info about this bug in Windows 10?

Lots of reading but this will spell out the details. There are some solutions suggested but I have found that none of them actually fix the issue and some introduce new problems so beware!

Has this issues been resolved as we are just starting to use Acronis TrueImage2017 and definitely having issues with the computers not showing up in the resources section?
Have a combination of Windows 10 Pro and Windows 7 Pro. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The Windows 10 Network discovery issue has been fixed. If you have your computers connected to a router you might try a reboot of the router.

Hello Kelly,
Thank you for your posting! I see, that the reported issue with Family Dashborad has been investigated in a separate support ticket. Would you kindly share the solution with the community?
Thank you,
